Pony Axle Replacement

The customer was having trouble with irregular tire wear caused by bent axle.

Truck/Bus Overhaul

This bus owner contacted us for excessive oil leaks and blow by. Once the customer arrived at our location, we were able to diagnose the issue further with a blown head gasket, EGR cooler failure, and worn out rings along with excessive oil leaks and blow by. At this point we requested to do a complete engine overhaul.

Towed in for Engine Overhaul

The customer contacted us in need of a tow service off the highway to our shop for repairs. The customer was complaining of engine failure and overheating. We sent our wrecker out to retrieve the customer and return to our location for further assistance. 

Once we diagnosed the truck, we were able to find some major concerns with the engine. The head was cracked in multiple places, worn out bearings, oil leaks and internal engine components were damaged.  It was time for a complete engine overhaul.

King Pin Replacement

We replacement the king pins on the front end of this truck due to general wear and tear.

Engine Head Replacement

This engine came in with a cracked head and blown head gasket.

Engine Over-Haul

This engine over-haul was caused from the rings going bad, excessive oil use, and leaks.
